So, it took allot longer than I wanted it too, but perhaps its better this way, long term. I shed "most" of the lard I added at the "lodge" last fall and and down to a whopping 194/95 pounds from 240. Not bad. But, had to make some really radical life style changes, especially in the kitchen. People don't realize that 75% of getting the shape you want comes from the food you put in it. It took me fifty years to figure that one out.... Ok, so now that I have shed allot of that mushy mess, I have decided to get this plan together and work on my BMI and try to increase some of the good muscle weight and try to get a little fitter. One thing at a time. The hardest part is holding back the appetite and the cravings for carbs, the bad kind...
Found a cool little bike shop downtown Daegu where I can hangout and let Nicky work on my scooter. Place is really laid back and drama free._
OK, it almost February and I'm just getting really out of shape. Started off this morning with a floor workout, push ups and ab crunches for about 30 minutes. Going to get in a cardio session during lunch if I can. I don't want to buy new pants....nuff said.
